New Neuropathy Scheduling

Please use this scheduling page ONLY if you are a first time patient booking a Neuropathy New Patient Appointment.

The cost of your first appointment at Summit Spine and Wellness is $149.00

This covers your insurance verification, digital foot scan, thermal foot scan, nerve/sensory testing,  x-rays (if necessary), 1-on-1 consultation, exam, and report of findings.

Due to high demand, the fee for your first visit must be paid in full in order to select a date and time. Once paid, this fee is refundable up to 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice you may not qualify for a refund.
